Swiss Cottage

Brief

Air was asked to create a new brand identity for Swiss Cottage. The aim was to unify community services behind a single standard and overcome negative perceptions of the area by delivering the message of positive change.

Solution

Crucially, our first step was to engage with the local residents and stakeholders, which proved critical in forming a fresh identity that reflected the geography of the site and the area’s Swiss heritage. Air was also responsible for the wayfinding and signing within the public realm and the Terry Farrell & Partners designed leisure centre.

Result

The project has been a tremendous success, with the identity bringing the key stakeholders together around a shared goal; while the promotional campaign has generated genuine interest in the regeneration of Swiss Cottage.
