Trident needed a new identity to reflect its rapid UK growth. The brief was to start with a blank canvas and really bring out the personality of this social, genuine and trustworthy group of professionals.
We started with a lot of listening, and after some debate, Trident chose a bold route that represented its core values of loyalty, reliability and friendliness. The firm’s new brand mascot, Spot, is a three-spotted Dalmatian that sits at the heart of a thorough visual overhaul. We also gave their office reception a facelift.
Feedback from clients has been excellent, with particular plaudits for being brave enough to stand out from the crowd. Since the launch in June 2007 Trident has taken on more staff, turnover has increased and more clients have come on board.
