What’s new?

Our work with Corio, a large European property developer and investor, has taken us to Berlin and Dresden. The Boulevard Berlin has a GLA of 86,000 m2 and about 67,0000 m2 of retail space. This means that Boulevard Berlin is the second largest operating shopping center in the city. We explored the centre’s existing values including the retail mix, design and marketing and developed a positioning strategy that was well received by the client.

Centrum Galerie Dresden has a retail space of 52,000 m2 and offers over 120 shops and restaurants. We have delivered graphic solutions for their shop hoardings and a new identity for the food court.

AVICA, a real estate company based in Moscow, has appointed us to create a new look and feel for their corporate identity and marketing materials. In addition, we have been selected to develop a new visual identity for one of their most important assets, Romanov Dvor, one of the city’s most prestigious business addresses locations beside The Kremlin.

Our interiors team has been working on an exciting design project for a Dubai shopping centre, Taswiyeh. “The Mall”, is a new player on Dubai’s retail scene and is set to become a vibrant social hub where people come to look, linger, relax, interact and of course to buy something that little bit different. Our scope includes design of general mall areas, food courts, main entrances and car lobbies, lighting, toilets and environmental graphics. The planned opening will take place in the fourth quarter of 2014.

In addition, new retail projects based in Lublin (Poland) and Antwerp (Belgium) are also keeping our team of designers occupied as we provide first stage solutions for navigation and wayfinding of shopping centres in those regions along with interior design recommendations.

The TARASY ZAMKOWE Fashion Center, with a GLA of 38,000 m2, is located in the very heart of Lublin with the historic part of the city just a few minutes’ walk away. The development is intended to become an extension of Lublin’s city center shopping experience. The planned opening will be in Autumn 2014.

Wijnegem Shopping Center, built on a 12.5 Ha site of a former first fort of Brialmontomwalling, is located on the outskirts of the city of Antwerp. Its architecture references this fort to this day. The shopping center, the largest shopping mall in Belgium and the Netherlands, has 250 stores and formally relaunches on 13th March 2014, its 21st anniversary.
