The Oxta Mall SEC will be a 75Ksq.m GLA project with a total built area of 144,000sq.m. Two underground parking levels plus a hypermarket and four floors above ground will be built. The shopping centre, located in the city centre of St. Petersburg, will open in spring 2016.

Nature of style

Brief

The Oxta Mall is a new retail development set to provide families in the St. Petersburg area with a contemporary and welcoming centre. Air worked on developing a brand strategy to implement a timeless, unique and engaging identity.

Solution

Oxta is the name of the adjacent river and so our logo blends river iconography with the clean facets of the building’s architecture.

Result

The brand identity places Oxta Mall on the map as a unique, recognisable and inviting retail development that promotes a relaxed and warm environment, welcoming families in the local area.
