Boulevard Berlin brand to be refreshed by Air

We are delighted to announce that Corio Germany has recently appointed Air to develop a set of brand guidelines and the annual marketing campaign for Boulevard Berlin, the second largest operating shopping centre in the city. This follows our work on creating a brand strategy for the scheme at the end of 2013. It is a great brief for Air as we can now apply this brand strategy to full implementation of a year long marketing campaign. The new brand will also be carried through via the centre’s navigation system, defining the centre’s brand messaging even further to customers of Boulevard Berlin.

In the centre, there are currently 120 stores across 4 floors with a direct link to a public park in the back. There is a direct connection to the metro (line U9) and several metro buses in the front. Additionally, there is a parking lot on the roof containing 1,000 vehicles. The Foodcourt is branded separately as “Boulevard Terassen” (Boulevard Terrace) with three beautiful terraces towards the Harry Bresslau Park where you can enjoy your meal. The total size of the area is 3,500 sqm.
