Ronesans, a leading Turkish development company, has appointed Air to create a new brand language and guidelines for the Optimum Outlet mall in Izmir. The scheme will relaunch as a lifestyle centre with a new 90,000 sq m extension in March 2017. Total area will then comprise 225,500 sq m. New brands, new f&b and new leisure offerings will strengthen its position as the strongest mall in Turkey’s famous coastal city. In 2015 Air successfully developed a new brand for Optimum in Adana in 2015 which went through a similar transformation. The new brand will launch in spring 2017 when the mall opens the new extension.
