Red Sea Mall is the second most popular tourist destination in the region after only Mecca itself.
By collaborating with the client, we are working together to develop a forward-thinking and modern brand identity, socially engaging landscapes and flexible digital applications including a website, app and touchscreens, which will together create a contemporary and welcoming ambience and more positive visitor experience. The new mall and car park wayfinding systems will enable customers to efficiently explore the diverse lifestyle amenities whilst also aligning and complementing the sophisticated brand and digital developments.
This 242,200 sqm Jeddah mall includes a wide range of F&B places, the 5* luxury Elaf hotel, a 7-storey office building, an external and 6-level undercover parking area with 3,695 spaces and 600 retail stores anchored by Centre Point and Sparky’s VOX Cinemas. The mall recently had a 39,164 sqm expansion to increase their leisure and F&B offerings which will include Tekzone VR, Eataly and The Cheesecake Factory. This popular mall is therefore the prime destination to socialise, relax, and work within a diverse, mixed-use space.
