Air is developing branding, signature brochures and marketing collateral with London based developer Tellon Capital for their mixed use project Bargate Quarter in Southampton. A regeneration project surrounding a 1000 year old national monument with 140 residential units, retail, leisure, food and beverage.

The project will include up to 8,000 sq m GLA of shops and will additionally accommodate 400 students.


Our mission was to reposition the failed Bargate shopping centre to coincide with Tellon Capital’s vision to create a vibrant, aspirational hub that celebrates it’s iconic heritage.


Air provided a brand solution that was inspired by the history of the Bargate. The logo was influenced by elements from the iconic town walls. A classical and vibrant red as well as a modern and traditional typeface were introduced to use on all marketing collateral.


Tellon Capital revealed Bargate Quarter’s new branding at Revo 2017 and industry experts reacted very positively. The scheme has also been successfully leased out to a range of up market boutiques and restaurants.
