Our wayfinding and signage schemes are connecting their iconic residential schemes with the retail, offices, f&b, green spaces, local culture and art pieces with the developments and London streetscape. All helping to provide residents with beautiful, connected spaces in which to enjoy living and thus adding value to Berkeley developed real estate.
Air are developing the wayfinding for some of London’s most prestigious developments. Spanning seven acres, Goodman's Fields aims to redefine the city’s luxury living offer in the perfect location, E1. Helping provide Londoners with beautifully designed spaces in which to enjoy themselves whilst adding value to Berkeley’s real estate portfolio. Located in one of London’s most popular locations, the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Kidbrooke Village comprises of four distinct neighbourhoods, integrated seamlessly into one community. These include: The Village Centre, Meridian Gate, Blackheath Quarter and City Point. The scheme has been awarded Best Placemaking at Sunday Times British Home Awards and Best Sustainable Development and Best Regeneration Scheme by Whathouse? Moments away from Tower Bridge, London Dock is one of Central London's largest new developments. Air has developed the wayfinding scheme including car parks and internal signage. Albert Embankment is situated in an exclusive address on the River Thames where we worked in collaboration with Foster + Partners and Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. These schemes have picked up numerous awards. Goodman’s Fields was awarded Best Large Development at The Evening Standard New Homes Awards and Best Public Realm by Whathouse? Berekely have also been named housebuilder of the year on multiple occasions. In addition to the public realm wayfinding Air also developed the internal wayfinding from spas, pools and cinemas to car residents parking.
