Air has been working with leading Russian developer TPS as its branding consultancy for almost a decade. During this time we’ve helped develop the branding for a portfolio of malls attracting 82.5 million visitors a year across 381,000 sqm of rentable space.

Our work has been integral in helping TPS win Developer of the Year at CRE Moscow Awards 2017. Other notable successes include winning Large Retail Centre of the year for the last two years, for Moscow’s Oceania and Gallery Novosibirsk respectively.

Ocean Plaza scooped Ukraine's Consumer Choice Retail Award in 2016.
Oceania won Best Digital Shopping Centre at the 2017 RCSC Awards. The award was given for innovation in digital signage, navigation and interactive solutions.
The Oceania symbol references the unique and diverse ecosystem of a coral reef - which reflects the diversity of a great shopping and its function as a social hub and entertainment centre.
Horosho means “really good” and is an expression of happiness and positivity. We created a logo made from emojis and symbols that expressed positive aspects of the brand and shopping experience.
The wayfinding forms were developed to sit with the contemporary flowing architecture.
