When Immofinanz decided to rationalise their CEE portfolio under the new Vivo! brand, they asked Air to help design the brand standards, wayfinding and the interiors standards. The commercial objectives were clear. By leveraging buying power across the 10 assets within the €650m portfolio, they would be able to drive up occupancy, sales and footfall. This successful portfolio now spans four countries, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

A combination of modern-looking modular furniture design, eye-catching wayfinding solutions and a bold approach to the brand conveyed through a set of comprehensive guidelines provide the client with a strong identity that can be implemented across the centres in Poland and Romania.
